Hello guys !! It's been so long since I last blogged.
Nah too busy working and spending my time with DEAR ^^
Dear is sick and she's resting.
Hmm I shall start with my Dear ^^

Sorry Dear, for keep on working and didn't spend much time with you.
2 week before our time keep crashing and didn't get along.
But today is different ^^
Hmm yeah !! We went to IMM(Jurong East) with Sheila and Eugene.

It's my first weekend off.
We planned to watch the 3D Avatar but it's long queue !!
I think we can catch it some other time. ARGHH nice show !!
I'm so happy finally we went out and excited bout the shoe I wanted.

Finally we reach IMM ^^ Timbaland here I come !!
Hehe brought this shoe at $119 for sales and at an Outlet store ^^

Other wise I would be broke !! $ 249 !!

Then went in to Esprit where I work.
All were damn slacking uh. No greeting, All messed up, 5 people in the storeroom !!
You guys are lucky Raymond not around.
Hope a Mystery Shopper would come and you guys are dead ^^
Dear was sick :( and those shirt she like was all gone !!

Then went on to Cotton On ^^ Finally Dear brought a cloth at $10 ^^
Hope you would like it.
Went on to this and that. Stopped at Dear FAVOURITE !!
TAKOYAKI !! So happy to see her happy too ^^

Now I shall start with my job.
LOL I got a wonderful Manager who I learn alot from him.
LOL same name as a wonderful friend of mine ^^ Raymond !!
My 26 Days in Esprit are cool and down.

10 days in Esprit IMO ^^

Staff over there are mostly a bunch of slacker.
Especially my second and third In-Charge.
I've wonder for so long why the previous manager put them as In-Charge?
Now I notice the different.

I went to the computer of my Manager, which can't be touched for some private information.
2 and 3 years ago, the old manager.
The sales for this store on every coming event month was as low as $14k per day for weekdays.
And $28k for Friday and weekends.

And now this Manager named Raymond came in 8 months ago.
The sales for weekday is $25k - $32k per day.
Friday and weekends sales are $42k - $60k per day.
Target are always hit.

At first I doesn't like him much because of his attitude and the way his loud.
Staff over there cried because of his scolding and strictness.
Staff being sacked and Staff quit because of him.
Staff salary decreased because of laziness.

I look around information about him.
WOW GREAT !! He came to Esprit and this store as a Supervisor.
Guess what? In 2 months time he became the Manager of this store.
That's real fucking fast !!
GREAT POWERS COME GREAT RESPONSIBILITY !!

I notice so much of him. His a real good Manager whom everyone hate him.
Where do you find a Manager who would protect you instead of him get all the scolding.
Where do you find a Manager who would make your salary higher by those targets.
Where do you find a Manager who help out his staff in anyways. including stocks taking, Carry heavy stuff and etc.
Where do you find a Manager who's so responsible that he always came back on his off days to help out and try to get the sales.
His so responsible, hardworking, have passion, welcome challenge, be involved, fast and efficient and many more.
I know why the Third Boss of Esprit choose him as the Manager.
1 very good thing about him. He treat the store as if it's his store.
He want it to earn lots of money.

Now I know why he like me so much.
LOL good that he likes me. If not everyday I would get shit.
Hahas my first impression was really damn good to him when I was interviewed by my passion ^^
Close I was so well prepared before the Interview.
He told me I'm fast, hardworking and responsible ^^
Thats why third week of my employment I became my Area In-Charge ^^
Hahas now 4 part timers and 2 full timers are In Charge by me ^^

ARGHH I hope I would get the $500 for hitting my target.
Btw Thanks for helping me to appeal even though I'm not a confirm staff.

A great day to begin with.
Guess what i got the job from Esprit ^^
It's was tough for me ever since I fail for Bossini.
But I did not give up. Struggle though all the way.

Most jobs asked this question "Tell me more about yourself".
I did real bad or even fail for Bossini.
All I said was My name, age, hobby and nothing much.
So I did some research and prepared myself.

During my trip was kinda excited and nervous!
Damn it's the first time I ever seen nobody going for interview.
This make me even more stress!
They choose people so wisely!
Guess I'm lucky uh?

So it start from 12pm and I took 35 mins expressing myself and stuff.
The longest interview I ever have.
I'm so prepared that whatever the interviewer ask I answered quick and without fail ^^
Yeah ^^ I got the job on the spot!
Guess I did a good job uh.

Bad news! I only start to get commission on the second month of work!
It's kinda good uh. $1200 for the first month.
And Chinese New Year is coming ^^
Maybe I would get a pay up to $2000?

Finally I overcome the interview fear ^^

Went to interview for kinda lots of weird job.

Yeah Esprit called me to go for Bugis to interview.
But I was post to the HQ for an interview,

Seems like I gotten some adventure uh.
